Where am I going? @

Where am I going? This question depends entirely upon the personal choice one makes.

Just like I have the choice to become a carpenter, or a car salesmen, or to get my driver’s license, I have the choice to choose one of two final eternal destinations.

Many want to confuse the issues surrounding our own personal choices. They want to blame their environment, their nature, their circumstances, their dumb luck, etc., but in the end every single person will be held responsible for his or her own personal choices.

And those choices will lead them ultimately to one of two final destinations according to the Record of God.

Many people who don’t really believe in God, or believe in  God’s Word, still believe they will be going to heaven (if there is such a place) because “they feel confident” that they are “good people” and deserve to go there. Thus choosing to remain ignorant of God’s Perspective and God’s Word, because they don’t even know what God’s definition of Good is (nor requirements of God contained in his word that make a person Good in God’s Sight).

Sometimes such people reject God passively to remain ignorant, but oftentimes they become progressively and aggressively ignorant.

Many people believe they know more than God,
Therefore, they don’t even give Him the time of Day.

This will be a clear indication of where they will be going on the day that matters most to all people born into this world:

The Day of Judgement

The Road Map to Heaven, and that other place …

Typically if you are going to pursue a certain destination, it is best to have a reliable map with reliable and accurate information that will guide you to reach your destination securely.

The Truth be told, God has provided that map and all the information necessary for those who will receive it, so that they may enter into their final destination safe and sound. Why? Because God unashamedly desires to have eternal fellowship and relationship with his children.

2 Peter 3:9 (KJV)
The Lord is not slack concerning his promise,
as some men count slackness;
but is longsuffering to us-ward,
not willing that any should perish,
but that all should come to repentance.

In fact, God paid the highest price heaven could possibly pay to redeem his children from the Lake of Fire.

That fire has been prepared for the devil and his angels who have perverted and polluted every thing of goodness that God has created–with the help of lost souls walking in the same rebellion to God that the devil has chosen to walk.

For this reason those who follow Satan’s Plan for their lives will suffer the same consequences that all the followers of Satan will suffer.

Matthew 25:41 (KJV)
Then shall he say also unto them on the left hand,
“Depart from me, ye cursed, into everlasting fire,
prepared for the devil and his angels:

What many people do not realize nor take to heart, that it is people in the church that Jesus is speaking to in the quote above. On the last day God is going to separate the sheep from the goats (also know as the Wheat and the Tares Matthew 13:1-30), and the goats who are begging to be allowed entrance into God’s Kingdom, will be placed on his left hand side, and Jesus himself will say to them: Depart from me (permanently).  See Matthew 25:30-46, for the full story.

That is just the first choice we can make. That is, in fact, the default destination of the majority of people in the world.

And we don’t need to make any changes. We won’t need to change anything about what we are thinking, doing, or believing.

  • Whoever chooses to follow this path does not have to listen to, obey, nor seek to understand anything about God’s Kingdom from God’s Eternal Perspective.
  • He doesn’t need to keep any of the commandments of God, he is free to go his own way, and do whatever he pleases.
  • He can believe anything he wants to believe and do anything he wants to do, and then his course is set to terminate at the Lake of Fire for eternity–for that is where all are going–who choose not to do the will of God for their lives. (See Matthew 21:28-32)

This position is stated most clearly, and possibly one of the most important records in all of the Bible. It is a statement recorded in the sermon on the mount, possibly the most important teaching have a recorded in the history of the world. In this sermon, Jesus flatly lays out the condition for entering into the kingdom of Heaven. Simply stated the condition for entering into eternal life is based on every single person choice to do the will of God in our lives. Or, conversely, to choose not to do the world of God for their lives. Check this proclamation out and see for yourself what Jesus has to say:

Matthew 7:21 (KJV) 21 Not every one that saith unto me, Lord, Lord, shall enter into the kingdom of heaven; but he that doeth the will of my Father which is in heaven.

As we can see clearly, the condition, for entering, the kingdom of Heaven, is simply to do the will of the father, who is in heaven. But in order to do the Will of the Father, one must know what His will is. He could have learned some of that will from his parents, but in the end, it would depend upon his personal choices, and intimate personal relationship that will truly reveal to him the Will of his Father in Heaven. Anything short of not doing the will of the father in heaven, opens the door to being cast into the fire. As such, it is important that each and every person would investigate for themselves, and answer this question: What is the world of God for my life? And once they answer such a noble question, then it would be wise to get busy about doing that which would be pleasing to God.

Matthew 7:22-23 (KJV) 22 Many will say to me in that day, Lord, Lord, have we not prophesied in thy name? and in thy name have cast out devils? and in thy name done many wonderful works? 23 And then will I profess unto them, I never knew you: depart from me, ye that work iniquity.

That brings us to the second destination, available to every everyone born into this world.

God has recorded in His Eternal Testimony, there are only two places in eternity a man can abide (stay or habitat).

  • One, is in HIS PRESENCE (NEAR HIM FOREVER).
  • TWO, is away from HIS PRESENCE (AWAY FROM HIM FOREVER).

Since God is a righteous gentleman, He desires to fully honor and respect each person’s own personal eternal decisions (for good or bad). God will not force his kindness, nor goodness, nor mercy, upon any individual, family, group, or nation. No man, woman or child will be forced to live in His Presence for eternity. We cannot be manipulated, nor deceived, nor controlled, to Abide in His Kingdom, becoming a part of His Holy Family for eternity.

Only those who willingly and graciously, want to be near to God, will pursue God’s Word, God’s Ways, and God’s Will.

Those who choose his will, and go against the ruler of this world, will suffer persecution, injustice, abuse, slander, and the rejection of those who live in this world, and love it, above the kingdom of God. Sacrifices will be made. Worldly pleasures will be spurned. Worldly treasures will be burned. (Acts 19:17-19)

Such people demonstrate by their own internal value systems that they care more about what God thinks, and what God wants, and about walking in the Wisdom of God for their lives–than following those who are leaders in this world. Such men and women, for Suk, the titles of men, the accolades of men, the rewards of men, and they invested their entire lives, and faith into entering into an invisible kingdom whose Builder and maker is God himself. (Hebrews 11:8-10)

As such these people show that they are seeking a city whose builder is the god of heaven. This is the second destination, a man can choose to reside in forever.

Below Jesus prays a prayer to his heavenly father, while he is still on the Earth. This prayer was prayed the night he was betrayed, the night before he was crucified. In it are so many elements and characteristics about the kingdom of heaven that will ignite a fire in the believer who is seeking to go there. To others, this prayer will be like water off of ducks back. It may have a fleeting moment of interest, but it will not take root, and become a living tree, nor bear God’s eternal fruit in the heart of a nonchalant observer, or any common unbeliever.

John 17:1-21 (KJV)

1 These words spake Jesus, and lifted up his eyes to heaven, and said:

Father, the hour is come; glorify thy Son, that thy Son also may glorify thee: 2 As thou hast given him power over all flesh, that he should give eternal life to as many as thou hast given him. 3

And this is life eternal,
that they might know thee the only true God,
and Jesus Christ, whom thou hast sent.

I have finished the work which thou gavest me to do. 5 And now, O Father, glorify thou me with thine own self with the glory which I had with thee before the world was. 6 I have manifested thy name unto the men which thou gavest me out of the world: thine they were, and thou gavest them me; and they have kept thy word. 7 Now they have known that all things whatsoever thou hast given me are of thee. 8 For I have given unto them the words which thou gavest me; and they have received them, and have known surely that I came out from thee, and they have believed that thou didst send me. 9 I pray for them: I pray not for the world, but for them which thou hast given me; for they are thine. 10 And all mine are thine, and thine are mine; and I am glorified in them. 11 And now I am no more in the world, but these are in the world, and I come to thee. Holy Father, keep through thine own name those whom thou hast given me, that they may be one, as we are. 12 While I was with them in the world, I kept them in thy name: those that thou gavest me I have kept, and none of them is lost, but the son of perdition; that the scripture might be fulfilled. 13 And now come I to thee; and these things I speak in the world, that they might have my joy fulfilled in themselves. 14 I have given them thy word; and the world hath hated them, because they are not of the world, even as I am not of the world. 15 I pray not that thou shouldest take them out of the world, but that thou shouldest keep them from the evil. 16 They are not of the world, even as I am not of the world. 17 Sanctify them through thy truth: thy word is truth. 18 As thou hast sent me into the world, even so have I also sent them into the world. 19 And for their sakes I sanctify myself, that they also might be sanctified through the truth. 20 Neither pray I for these alone, but for them also which shall believe on me through their word;
21 That they all may be one; as thou, Father, art in me, and I in thee, that they also may be one in us: that the world may believe that thou hast sent me.

In other words, all those who seek God with a pure heart and clean hands, prove that His Will is Good, that his Ways are right, and His Truth is Wise and full of Life.

Now while proving God’s Word to be True, they are simultaneously proving Satan’s Word, Will, and Ways to be false.

And they shall come to realize that all the ways of men and devils are full of lies, deception, and are demonically inspired bondage.

  • So it is only natural, that those who draw near to God’s instructions, draw near to his house, near to his family, his home, will have the desire to be with him forever.
  • It is also only natural, that those who reject God’s instructions, will not drawn near to God’s house, nor want to be near to his family, nor his home, nor have a desire to be with him forever–not in Spirit nor in Truth.

Any man, woman, or child who foolishly thinks that they will be able to bring their sin into heaven, bring in their own idolatry, bring in their own lust, their own greed, their own selfishness, their own brand of self-righteousness, their own worldly pleasures and addictions, their own blind obedience to the ruler of this world, such people will be greatly surprised on the day they come knocking at the gates of Heaven.

Why? Because such men and women refused to learn the instructions of God, and refused to teach them to their children, and their children’s children, and their great grandchildren, they will suffer a great loss due to their own ignorance, and her own lack of truth, from which they chose to live.

That being the case: God has created a separate place, a place totally set and apart from Him, a place eternally separated away from His Presence. That place has been prepared for the Devil and His fallen angels, and all that have chosen to follow him in his evil ways, and have chosen to reject the instructions, commandments, teachings, and laws of God, which were designed by God to bring people out of darkness into light, out of judgment and into forgiveness, and out of death into life. The majority of people alive today reject and neglect God’s Word, because they don’t know the value of it, the power of it, nor the horrific consequences for rejecting it–they simply disregard it.

Below, are the very words recorded that men will hear who have rejected him, and chosen to personally follow the devil mimicking his evil ways of putting their own will and selfish interests above the selfless interests of Almighty God.

Whether they know it directly or not, or agree with God’s judgments or not, they will enter the place God prepared for them. That place is called hell, and it will become the lake of fire, where the worm dieth not, and the fire is not quenched.

It is a place of permanent torment and horrific suffering for eternity, where the wrath of God abides on all those you flat out rejected the free gift of salvation offered through the death and resurrection of His One and Only Begotten Son. Again, the price for not paying careful attention to a person’s salvation, and seeing it and heaven through the Eyes of God, from God’s Heavenly Perspective, can result in hearing the horrific words: “Depart from me.” Again, we have this intense quote to remind us.

Then shall he say also unto them on the left hand, “Depart from me, ye cursed, into everlasting fire, prepared for the devil and his angels.”

Matthew 25:41 (KJV)

Again, that is the first default choice men can choose to make by investing in, and running after, all the lies promised by the ruler, and rulers of this evil world. And most people, according to the Record of God, will make this choice by default, by not grabbing a hold, and embracing the Word of Life, and holding tight to the Salvation of God, offered through the Good News of the Gospel of Christ.

How do we know that the majority will not enter into the Gates of Heaven? We know because He told us so.

Matthew 7:13-14 (KJV)

13 Enter ye in at the strait gate: for wide is the gate, and broad is the way,
that leadeth to destruction, and many there be which go in thereat:
14 Because strait is the gate, and narrow is the way,
which leadeth unto life, and few there be that find it.

The Second Place, I can choose to go of my own free will, is called Heaven. And I will find it by following the narrow road with perseverance, personal effort, internal strength, and great faith. It is the place where God and Christ Dwell.

Contrary to much popular opinion, Paul said, our faith is likened unto a race, a race we determine to win. It is like a war, a war be determined to win. It is like a fight we engage in, but not with carnal weapons, but with supernatural weapons, but to be active, alert, prepared, and ready to engage in battle at any moment, in a moments notice, is the true stance of every heavenly minded believe who has determined in his heart that Jesus is worth going to battle for. Neither Jesus, nor Paul, nor any of the disciples or apostles sat around on their backsides singing “Kumbi-Yah my Lord” and doing nothing. As we can clearly see from Matthew 25:30-40–that was not the blueprint of Heaven. And if we fully intend to go there we need to put our skin in the game. There are no passive spectators in the Kingdom of Heaven.

Heaven is the place of God where no sin, no lies, no fake lives will abide. The wrath of God is permanently removed from this place, because all sin and all lies has been cleansed and removed from all people who shall enter here.

Have you committed sin? Have you taken God’s name in Vain? Have you committed sexual sin? Have you Lied? Have you cheated another, stolen from another? defrauded or slandered another? Have you ever hated another person in your heart, gossiped about them to others? desired that they be murdered? looked lustfully upon another Child created in the Image of God? Ever look covetously (greedily) upon the possessions, talents, gifts, beauty or traits of another person? Ever been jealous of another person’s position? Have you ever made God into your own image?

Did you know that all these common things people do everyday that will block them from entering into the Kingdom of Heaven, unless they repent permanently, and completely?

Many people choose to worship and serve the creature, rather than the Creator who is forever Blessed. Amen.

Such people choose to suppress the Truth about God, and magnify the lies of men. Soon that behavior will no longer exist.
What is coming and will not wait one second past the appointed time. God will deal a final death blow to all false religion,
all false humility, false judgments, false accusations, and false anti-God lifestyles–that choose not to bring honor to God.
The destiny of those who choose to walk is such ways is secure for them forever. See Below:

Romans 1:18-32 (KJV)

18 For the wrath of God is revealed from heaven against all ungodliness and unrighteousness of men, who hold the truth [suppress the truth] in unrighteousness; 19 Because that which may be known of God is manifest in them; for God hath shewed it unto them. 20 For the invisible things of him from the creation of the world are clearly seen, being understood by the things that are made, even his eternal power and Godhead; so that they are without excuse: 21 Because that,
when they knew God, they glorified him not as God, neither were thankful;
but [they] became vain in their imaginations, and their foolish heart was darkened.

22 Professing themselves to be wise, they became fools, 23 And changed the glory of the uncorruptible God into an image made like to corruptible man, and to birds, and fourfooted beasts, and creeping things.

24 Wherefore God also gave them up to uncleanness through the lusts of their own hearts, to dishonour their own bodies between themselves: 25 Who changed the truth of God into a lie, and worshipped and served the creature more than the Creator, who is blessed for ever. Amen.

26 For this cause God gave them up unto vile affections: for even their women did change the natural use into that which is against nature: 27 And likewise also the men, leaving the natural use of the woman, burned in their lust one toward another; men with men working that which is unseemly, and receiving in themselves that recompence of their error which was meet.

28 And even as they did not like to retain God in their knowledge, God gave them over to a reprobate mind, to do those things which are not convenient; 29 Being filled with all unrighteousness, fornication, wickedness, covetousness, maliciousness; full of envy, murder, debate, deceit, malignity; whisperers, 30 Backbiters, haters of God, despiteful, proud, boasters, inventors of evil things, disobedient to parents, 31 Without understanding, covenantbreakers, without natural affection, implacable, unmerciful: 32 Who knowing the judgment of God, that they which commit such things are worthy of death, not only do the same, but have pleasure in them that do them.

Thankfully, No Sin Resides in Heaven. Heaven is a safe place. That means no sinners will abide in Heaven, because the people of God who have chosen to make this place their eternal home, have been completely forgiven of their sins, and have been cleansed of trespasses against their Holy God, and have been permanently transformed into the Likeness of Christ, and have become One with Christ, One with God the Father, and One with One another through the Spirit of God. Therefore they have made free to become the Sons of God by their own personal choice–and God’s amazing and immeasurable grace.

A short side note: If God allowed our sin into heaven, the holy place of heaven would become even a worse hell whole than now exists on Earth. Just think about, what would happen if unholy, unclean, mentally impure and defiled men and women had an infinite amount of time and resources to continue in their own sins. What a wicked place that would be!

In Conclusion: There are two places we can choose to go

Both are based on personal choice.

The first place, we can choose to go by default,  is called hell; It’s the Only option to choose from if we love our sin (which the majority do), and is the default option for all who reject God’s Heaven, and Hate His Righteousness, and reject God’s offer of eternal transformation.

Hell is the place prepared for the devil and his angels. it was never intended for men to enter. But it has now become the default option by choice. Why? because men loved darkness rather than the light. You can the two choices list below:

John 3:17-21 (KJV)

17 For God sent not his Son into the world to condemn the world; but that the world through him might be saved.
18 He that believeth on him is not condemned: but he that believeth not is condemned already, because he hath not believed in the name of the only begotten Son of God. 19 And this is the condemnation, that light is come into the world, and men loved darkness rather than light, because their deeds were evil. 20 For every one that doeth evil hateth the light, neither cometh to the light, lest his deeds should be reproved. 21 But he that doeth truth cometh to the light, that his deeds may be made manifest, that they are wrought in God.
