Who is Man? And, What is Man?

Man is the crowning event of God’s Creation. He is the one who was created to be a blessing to God, and friend to God, a joy to God, even as a baby boy is to be a joy to His Father.

Psalms 8:3-8 KJV

When I consider thy heavens, the work of thy fingers, the moon and the stars, which thou hast ordained;

What is man, that thou art mindful of him? and the son of man, that thou visitest him?

For thou hast made him a little lower than the angels, and hast crowned him with glory and honour.

Thou madest him to have dominion over the works of thy hands; thou hast put all things under his feet:

All sheep and oxen, yea, and the beasts of the field;

The fowl of the air, and the fish of the sea, and whatsoever passeth through the paths of the seas.

We know from God’s Testimony, that Man is created in the Image of God. That put man in a highly privileged position in God’s Kingdom.

But resulting from Man’s Rebellion to God’s Word, Man fell from his lofty position, as the God Ordained, God Authorized, Ruler and Servant to the Whole World.

Just Like Satan (Lucifer) before him, man fell out of God’s Grace, and provision of Glory and Abundance and limitless Wisdom coming from God.

Just like Satan, before him, man became a slave to his rebellious, wicked, selfish new nature, now that He had separated Himself from God’s Eternal, Holy, and Pure Nature which was and is meant for Men to abide in for all of eternity–with devastating results.

As Such, Man is not longer the Honored Guest, and the Holy inheritor or All God’s Blessings, All of God’s Favor, and All of God’s Goodness. He was kicked out of God’s House, God’s Heavenly made Perfect Garden of Perfect Provision.

Ever since that Day God has been calling His Children who would hear him, back to the Blood Covenant of God.

In short, Man was Made in God’s Image and Given World from God to Steward it by and through God’s Wisdom, but Man fell away from God’s Presence, turned his back on God, started listening to the Liar, and became a slave to the one he chose to obey–walking in the Darkness of his new master.

Ever since then, God has been calling out for Man to return: To humble himself, confess his sins, receive the cleansing of sin, and be restored in his eternal relationship with God Almighty, through the Blood Sacrifice that God himself would provide.
