—Walk

(Part 4)

2—Do I “Walk” in the Ways of the Good Shepherd?

Matthew 25:34-40 (KJV)
Come, ye blessed of my Father, inherit the kingdom prepared for you from the foundation of the world: 35

    1. For I was an hungred, and ye gave me meat:
    2. I was thirsty, and ye gave me drink:
    3. I was a stranger, and ye took me in: 36
    4. [I was] Naked, and ye clothed me:
    5. I was sick, and ye visited me:
    6. I was in prison, and ye came unto me. 37

Please Note: This List about non-negotiables in the Kingdom of God.

We are expected to know them, and do them. They are a part of what it means to be children of God. I submit to you that:  The neglect of such things above is possible evidence of our neglect to follow the leading of the Holy Spirit and Counsel and Direction of God.

These are God’s Words, and God’s Standards, and God’s Judgments from God’s Perspective we are being given directly from God for our own benefit. May we do well to listen, hear, learn, study, and obey all that we have been given to live and do throughout our lifetime. Let there be no unwanted surprises on the Day we stand before the King of Heaven, no surprises like those received from the goats (Matthew 25), and the similar surprise received by the “wolves in sheep’s clothing.” (Matthew 7)

Then shall the righteous answer him, saying, Lord, when saw we thee an hungred, and fed thee? or thirsty, and gave thee drink? 38 When saw we thee a stranger, and took thee in? or naked, and clothed thee? 39 Or when saw we thee sick, or in prison, and came unto thee? 40 And the King shall answer and say unto them, Verily I say unto you, Inasmuch as ye have done it unto one of the least of these my brethren, ye have done it unto me.
